Returns and Refunds
If you would like to return or exchange your Keely purchase please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. Contact us at hello@keely.co.nz to complete your return before sending your product back. Proof of purchase will be required.
All items must be returned in perfect unused condition with original packaging, swing tags attached and any corresponding accessories.
Returning your item will be at the customers expense and risk. Keely will not take responsibility for any damage during transit back and shipping will be at the customers expense. We highly recommend using a traceable shipping method as we do not accept responsibility for any lost returns, and for international purchases we will not refund any costs associated with Customs or Duties.
Once your item has been received and accepted we will credit you the cost of the item (less shipping costs) to your payment method within 7 working days.
